Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AEC CAMPUS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our training platform (“Platform”) and registration for our construction design software skills development programs.
By registering on our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.
1. Eligibility
To register for our programs, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
2. Registration and Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Payment and Fees
- Course fees must be paid in full as specified at the time of registration.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time, with notice posted on the Platform.
4. Course Access and Materials
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- All training materials, course content, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of AEC CAMPUS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials without prior written consent.
5. Code of Conduct
By registering, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully and professionally in all courses and forums.
- Not engage in any activity that would harm, disrupt, or interfere with the learning experience of others.
- Not use our Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Platform and course materials are owned by AEC CAMPUS (PRIVATE ) LIMITED or its licensors.
Unauthorized use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
- We strive to provide high-quality training but do not guarantee any specific results or certifications unless explicitly stated.
- All information is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, AEC CAMPUS ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or services.
9. Privacy Policy
Your registration and personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice for any breach of these Terms.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
